In 1865, Jack Brosnan was awarded a block in the land lottery in Queensland Australia.  He was given this land under the proviso that he 'tame' the landscape through clearing and fencing, making it suitable for animal grazing.

Just like his great great grand daughter, he decided to do something different.  He became a Cedar Getter, becoming part of that great tradition of respect and understanding of the beauty of the Australian bush.

In 2016, Andrea and her husband David decided to do something a little different and create small businesses to use their knowledge and experience and give them the opportunity to continue the tradition of being a Cedar Getter.
